Payment & cancellation policy

Since we are a small, family owned Bed & Breakfast, we must apply a strict cancellation policy. Complete refunds are not possible, but we do allow you to store credit, change dates, or have alternative guests take your place. If you want alternative guests to take your place, all we need is you to email through their names and email addresses. Any changes to the booking must be made more than 7 days from the arrival date and the down payment of the booking must be made within 10 days of receiving your invoice. The down payment is non-refundable. Full payment of the booking must be made no later than 30 days before arrival date. Bookings 30 days or less before arrival date are paid at the time of the booking. We strongly recommend guests get travel insurance in case of unforeseeable events.
