The heart of the village is a place where time seems to slow down. Perfectly situated between the blue horizon of the Adriatic Sea and the dramatic peaks of the Sibillini Mountains, the old town provides stunning panoramic views in every direction. Though the historic center is home to only about 1,500 residents, it is rich with architectural treasures ranging from the Medieval and Renaissance eras to the ornate Baroque period.<\/p>
